You could try typing in the folder name directly.

The file browser (LMS) does need permission to browse the /media folder
and each of its subfolders, assuming that's where your drive is mounted.
It seems possible (to me) that the permission hasn't been set up. By
default I would expect it to have that permission. But I don't know how
Raspberry Pi OS is doing its automounting, or what permissions it sets.
I have always mounted directly with an fstab entry.
