I just uploaded de logfile to the dropbox. Windows 2016/2022 uses the original Firewall and Windows Defender. There is no proxy.
According to your logfile basically all communication with outside resources are failing. Connecting to mysb, github etc. all fail. Please double check the machine and application have the right to reach the internet. Worst case try a reboot.
