Having the same issue here. I just had to replace my 2010 Mac mini Sierra LMS server with an M1 running Big Sur. I have done everything in the Mac OS Mojave-Montery thread: https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?115521-Fixing-LMS-issues-with-Mac-OS-Upgrade-from-Mojave-to-Monterey-(and-Big-Sur-Catalina)
As well as all the troubleshooting I've found in this thread. Everything works fine *until* I reboot the M1 server: LMS scans the library and I can play music on all my players. After reboot: LMS looses all access to the external volume. My SB Touch gives an error it can't read the file upon playback (the Booms error out with a shorter file access error), and rescanning the library deletes all music from the database. The only oddity I've noticed in the external volume file structure is the .localized folder courtesy of Apple's Music app. At this point I've reverted to an old ReadyNAS install of LMS -which is working fine on 7.9. 37036 +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: Screen Shot 2022-01-25 at 9.12.36 AM.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=37036| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ avalonpb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2495 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115647 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
