Please share some information about your OS, the hardware, what Spotty
helper version you're using, what LMS version etc.
But in general, when things suddenly change without any software update,
then it's likely caused by changes on the other end (Spotify), or some
connectivity hiccup. This isn't necessarily your connection. But Spotify
(and other services) use so called content distribution networks. There
can be issues local to them.
