Same here, in Australia - very glad to see others are reporting it as it has been driving me nuts for the last week or so, trying to work out if I somehow broke something. But had concluded after quite a bit of investigating it must be Spotify/Spotty/LMS as no other issues on the network generally.
Spotify account is a Premium Family account. At work, where I have seen this, I am using the Primary (account holder) Spotify account. That said, trying it just now at home (using a different family user), and so far it is not happening. Clients are all SB3s and Booms. LMS running in dockers (host system is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) using the community image (dev) - so latest LMS and Spotty. With full debug logging on for Spotty, all I see in the logs are lists of metadata for tracks, no errors etc. I have tried re-authenticating (after clearing all spotty stuff in the cache folder), and made sure I am not using EN-GB - no improvement. It's not 100% of the time, sometimes is will go for a half hour or so without issue, then starts doing it again. Plays a song about 10 seconds, pauses, then (mostly) resumes playing.
