Is there any way that I can repair LMS or install a new version on the
Zen (which is basically a NAS)? My main problem is that the Zen is a
Windows based machine while I run a Mac. I can access all the Zen
folders but I can't make any software changes. Maybe if I used a
friend's Windows laptop?

Most likely you'd have to wipe the LMS cache. How this can be achieved on that box you better ask Innuos.
