I'm by Glen Oak (but not in the development), so almost Niagara County myself. My brother in law is in Wheatfield. Apologies for taking some time to get back, had a few family in-law issues that took precedence over streaming audio. All good, just time consuming.... So, to address a few questions; I can login from any PC/Phone with my UID/Password. Not an issue. Even tried changing it to see if that made a difference, like if there was a mis-type, or a corrupted item somewhere in LMS's config (it's silly, but I tried it), no bueno. I cannot switch between my local server and My SB online. I can see to the end of my switchgear (UniFi Security Gateway Pro 4), it gets out. Nothing is blocked that I can see coming back in. Based on my logs, it looks like it's *trying* to talk to My SB, but My SB is rejecting it. Again; I know that the credentials are correct in the mini-window, and in the full settings webpage (x.x.x.x:9000/Settings MySB tab) My only thought locally is clearing the cache? My concern is what other settings that I've built for probably 18 years would I lose? @mherger I apologize in advance for asking for assistance; if you still manage the My SB portal, can I please ask you to see if you have any logs from my user ID (I'll be happy to PM you my info, if you'd like.) Again, know you're busy, but I'm stumped on my end. Not sure if you can see a logfile on your end, and/or if I should set my server to something with more verbose logging (My SB is set to "debug" right now, and it's talking a lot....) If there's any data I can provide you, please tell me, to make your job any easier. Ironically, I just snagged a Duet and another Touch through a friend. I keep collecting these things, there really isn't a full-function replacement on the market that touches what Slim built 20 years ago. I keep searching, and even for multiples of the price these units claimed new there isn't anything like it. I really thank you for keeping this project alive. As an aside Redrum, thanks a ton for SL-X. It's fantastic. I've been using Sony Media-Go or Media Monkey on my desktop, this cleans up interfaces, and allows me to use a single source for media streaming in the house. Thank you; I do owe ya one, too. If you're ever in the neighborhood, I'll snag the first drink at Elmo's for you... (You too, Michael, though I know the commute is a *bit* longer.) Thanks again to both of you... The last thing to mention, is if something is wrong with your mysb.com account. Michael (@mherger) could check that for you. To the best of my knowledge - tidal, tunein, pandora, etc, you have to have an active service account, login to each service at mysb.com using your credentials, install the associated plugin in LMS, and make sure lms is properly accessing mysb.com using your un and pw. If you are not familiar with the material interface (which sl-x uses), you should investigate, it is wonderful and adored by many :) There is an apk available if you use android. Hopefully someone steps in with some log diagnosis Jim <edit - andy, have you verified that LMS can take you to mysb.com favorites and back? Favorites->on mysb.com, then access "my music" to come back. That would tell you if mysb.com credentials are ok in LMS.
