I cannot switch between my local server and My SB online. I can see to
the end of my switchgear (UniFi Security Gateway Pro 4), it gets out.
Nothing is blocked that I can see coming back in. Based on my logs, it
looks like it's *trying* to talk to My SB, but My SB is rejecting it.

At what level is it rejecting it? HTTP or lower level? Would you see an HTTP status? What IO::Socket::SSL version are you using (see Settings/Information)?

Again; I know that the credentials are correct in the mini-window, and
in the full settings webpage (x.x.x.x:9000/Settings MySB tab)

Are you using any kind of non latin character in your password?

My only thought locally is clearing the cache? My concern is what other
settings that I've built for probably 18 years would I lose?

If the connection is rejected, then that's not a caching issue.

@mherger I apologize in advance for asking for assistance; if you still
manage the My SB portal, can I please ask you to see if you have any
logs from my user ID (I'll be happy to PM you my info, if you'd like.)

Your outside IP could potentially be helpful.
