I assume you are using the Online Music Library Integration plugin. If so, once you have added an album to your Qobuz favorites and rescanned, you can then navigate to that album in My Music. Clicking on the three-button menu for the album, you should see "Add to favorites" in the dropdown list. I just tested this in Material, and it works. LMS 8 nightly running on Raspberry Pi OS.
