It depends on your settings. If you have the Online Music Library Integration plugin set to "automatically check for changes" on Qobuz, then you shouldn't have to do anything to add the new Qobuz favorite to your library. But if not, you would need to rescan, but the "only scan online music library" should suffice. LMS 8 nightly running on Raspberry Pi OS.
