I have to say that I do not know what 'CUE' sheets are to be honest. But also the flac folder is the same on all servers, so why would only this server have a problem ??
That's exactly what you should try to figure out. Never mind what CUE sheets are (though you seem to have thousands of them...). But look at the errors and figure out why LMS does not find those files.
