I never actually connected to mysb.com, rather, after a controller/receiver factory reset, after logging into network, usually I get the message that it registered to <myemail>, change/continue? This time it behaved as if the player (duet) was never registered, prompting for email and pw, then giving me a "your player has been registered..." message. These players have been register to me for years...
