Now fire up WinSCP and navigate to a file that you know LMS CAN'T see. Right click and do Properties. What user and group names do you see? Post a screenshot. Move back up the tree one step at a time towards Qmultimedia and repeat looking at Properties at folder level. Post screenshot of each each level.
