Ok, that means that the old Perl (which is still available on your system) would still work. I'm going to change the installer to use that instead of the custom Perl in case of a macOS 10.x

Your issue is different from the on others have reported, where they have to fix the executable's signature. You're on an old macOS that wasn't as strict as recent versions have become.
