Unfortunately that scanner.log and the screenshot are from an online library scan only. In that case the scanner doesn't even look at your local files.
As for the numbers in the first screenshot: they don't match anything in the other screenshot. What's below those file type folders? Please enable scanner logging (Settings/Advanced/Logging), scan for new files, then grab the log file again.
