Hi All, It would be great if a feature was added to both the SqueezeNetwork and the Slimserver to allow login to RSS Feeds.
The reason for wanting this is because EBay now does RSS feeds for advanced search criteria, eg, if you want to know when something heavy (like furniture) becomes available within 10 miles of your house. Unfortunately however, these rss feeds require your ebay login and password for reasonably obvious reasons. I am pretty new to all this, I did search and could not find any previous posts so I assume I am the only person who would like this... ;o) If someone could point me in the direction of the source code for the rss ticker, I would happily take a look and have a go myself.
