Well after quite a few hours I figured out what I needed to do. To be clear, I was trying to play rhapsody music from the SN UI:
It required first trying to access (in SN mode) a rhapsody song *from the SB2* as opposed to from the service. IOW, if you first try to play rhapsody stuff from the webapp, you get the error on your SB2 with firmware 76 it seems. The error text related to something like "[accountKey] has zero length". I can't reproduce though now that it works.
