I got the reply from my support request below from Logitech:
*****************************************
If Pandora does not play smoothly then I recommend you try a firmware
upgrade. Here's how:

* Scroll left and down to "Rhapsody", then scroll right
* It will say you need to do a firmware update to use Rhapsody.... hold
down the "Brightness" button on the remote, at the bottom-right
* The firmware update will complete automatically after that: it will
update, then restart and reconnect to SqueezeNetwork
* After it's reconnected to SqueezeNetwork try playing Pandora once
more
*******************************************

So, here's what happened-
1. Doing a general firmware update by holding brightness didn't help.

2. Going to the Rhapsody area and doing a firmware update that way,
fixed the Pandora problem.

3. Now, after doing a "Rhapsody" update my SlimDevice is stating I need
to do- "Software Update required, press brightness". If I do that the
Pandora problem returns.

Jeese!

4. I then updated my system from ver 6.5.0 to 6.5.1
I updated the firmware by holding brightness. Once again the Pandora
problem returned. I went to the Rhapsody section and it again said I
needed to update the firmware. So I did. That fixed Pandora. But now it
is saying I need to do a "Software Update" again.
ARRRRGGGGGG!

The heck with it. I did another software update.
What - Pandora is working! I went to the Rhapsody section and it is
asking for the firmware update. but the heck with that.

I am leaving it as it is. So far so good.

Sheesh....
