I think the problem with Pandora has finally been identified. Pandora made a change recently to their server software that started giving out longer URLs for audio tracks. There was a bug that had been fixed recently in firmware 75 related to very long URLs being truncated. This is why a firmware update did indeed solve the problem.
SqueezeNetwork will now require you to update to the latest version of firmware (81 or 31) to use Pandora.
