Some good news : we recently discovered a stupid problem that was causing some clients to fail playback a few times, in the mid-afternoon Pacific time. It would manifest as a series of successful play starts, maybe even a few succesful track plays, and then another failure. And this could repeat for an hour or so.
The fix is just about done and tested, and should be going out in a week or so.
