To be clear, I am the Director of Software Development for Rhapsody Server, which includes the "Rhapsody Direct Web Services" that are used by the SB to incorporate Rhapsody.
I keep my eye on this forum because it's a tech savvy bunch who can/will spot problems early, and can report in enough of the right kinds of detail to be useful in debugging the problem. (I am also a Squeezebox user, but I can't claim that it's an exclusive relationship; I also use an N800, a Tivo, two Sonos, some things I can't talk about, the web client, and the regular PC client.
