Same problem here: Months of using SB via direct-to-365 and then additional months of using it via SS. As of about two weeks ago, all I get is that same persistent login voice. Meanwhile, as cumbersome as SS is on my system (yes, Norton FW is configured) I cannot get anything to happen in the 365 area there. I can't login, can't view anything; just a bit of hourglassing and then no change. It *feels* like 365 instituted some sort of running change, perhaps as part of their political campaign, and left SN uninformed.
