Andy, I second dgpretzel's observation. All, my live365 SN favourites have worked until recently and now only some of them do. I can of course go directly to live365 under "Internet radio" and all works OK, but this defeats the convenience of the "favourites" list. Are you sure the plugin works as you think it does given the experience of some of the posters to this thread?
