Thanks, Andy. That's good to hear. But I don't think that what I'm seeing is the "shuffle bug". Using the IR remote I'm seeing the following (with all forms of shuffle OFF): - Find an album, it can be one either in "My Library", or one found through searching - Enter the album to view the tracks - Press "play" on any track - "Now Playing" shows the song I selected is playing, but the music is wrong - the first song in the album ALWAYS plays, regardless of which song I choose - if I skip that song, or click play on a different song in the "Now Playing" playlist then all behaves as expected I don't see that particular bug when I use the web interface To elaborate on the bug I reported earlier (with shuffle-by-song on): - Click to play an album via either the web interface or the IR remote - Web interface displays a title that matches the music coming out but the SB display shows the wrong song - skip the track or choose a different one from the "Now Playing" list and all's back to normal A few more issues: - Frequently I'll click to play a song in Rhapsody and it'll say "getting track info", flash something quickly on the top line of the display, then just not play. If I go to Now Playing the tracks will be loaded there. I'll have to press play a bunch of times and even then it doesn't always play. - Also, I've been seeing a lot of "Proxy Error" messages these past few days when browsing Rhapsody (all parts of Rhapsody--even just initially loading Rhapsody, loading "My Library", searching, has happened all throughout Rhapsody). I'd never seen this message til it happened for the first time less than a week ago. It now happens VERY frequently--like 10-20% of the time. It only occurs when I try to drill down the hierarchy and if I back up the hierarchy one level then go down again it usually remedies the problem. - Finally, I haven't seen this TOO recently so it's possible it's fixed, but it's not uncommon that I will search for an album in Rhapsody (web interface), click "play" at the album level, the page will reload showing the contents of the album but the music won't start. If I recall correctly the tracks aren't even loaded into "Now Playing". This forces me to drill down to the track level, click play on the first track, then go back up to the album level and click add to add the rest of the tracks (and that, of course, results in 2 copies of the first track in Now Playing). Thanks for taking a look at these.
