I love the way everyone thinks it is really cool to advertise a product by telling you nothing about it. Chances are it then does not do what you want so most people can't even be bother to try. Worse it could be some crumy software you can then never get rid of. The IT industry should take another tack and have a "I want to know all the technical details button" and you can click it and get a sensible logical desription of what the service is and can do and costs etc. Anyway thanks to this forum I am saved!
