Happy New Year. I have now upgraded to the SC7, which gives the opportunity to connect the player to the SN beta. Correctly this version buffers and plays the WMA version of the file. It also upgraded my firmware from 81 to 84.
Unfortunately it does not work: The SB has a habbit of rebooting near the end of the first song. It is difficult to see, but it seems as if it happens when the decode buffer empties. I have seen the booting taking place just after the decode buffer was about to be empty. I have also seen the output buffer being emptied and remaining empty while the data was still comming into the decode buffer. Shortly hereafter it rebooted again. So, for the time being, I can't use my SB for listening to wma songs from my Mp3tunes premium account. PS. My player pin has changed from FC637 to 3B2XC.
