It really depends on your ears, your equipment, and how particular you
are.  The best thing to do is make use of the trial (Pandora I believe
gives you 3 months, rhapsody 1 month) and see how it sounds to your
ears.

To some, mp3 at any quality is bad.  Others think standard CD is bad
and will only listen to 24bit/96khz recordings.  It's all in the ear of
the beholder.

For my ears, Rhapsody and Pandora are good enough.  I would rate it
higher than medium - high in fact.
