..of my PC...it was updated by my switching the PC on and off. But the weird thing is, even though I did perform the above suggestion about holding pwr button, the sb3 did not give up the option to connect to my PC, but during some other attempt, (afteri went upstairs and ran ipconfig to confrim IP) i went back down stairs, then power cycled the sb3..then that option to select slimserver now included my PC name (and of course IP address)...weird!! And to make matters even more interesting I noticed that whenever the cordless phone is being used the Sb3 totally goes black and stops receiving....WTF??? that never happend before...same homebase position on the wireless phone...I guess i'm operating on the edge of wifi stregth (70-75% says sb3)...which is just plain sad because its only 1 floor down directly underneath of router antenna. wifi range totally sucks in any normal residential setting... thanks for the thoughts so far
