Hi I am also not able to connect my new Duet to SN. I can see the SBR being registered, in SN but I have no PIN and the SBR freezes every time I try to connect.
I have a SB3 that was properly connected/registered on SN. I tried to delete that player from SN and now I am not able to register it again. I have tried numerous connect combinations including resetting the firmware back to factory reset. But no success so far. This is pretty annoying since none of my SBs are able to use SN at the moment. Bummer!!!
