I don't think there is a single session time limit. I have run a single slacker station for hours at a time without having it stop. That isn't to say that there haven't been times when the signal has stopped abruptly, but it hasn't happened often lately, I don't think it was due to a time limit.
There is a 6 skip per hour limit.
