I also found myself in a similar situation with rhapsody. This particular album I had streamed by Kenny Kirkland suddenly was not available. Not even for purchase. However, one track is still playable even though the album can't be found. Rhapsody had no explaination for it and I suspected they would pull that remaining track. But it's still playable.
