I've now been elevated to Rhapsody customer service level 2, and they
are as clueless as level 1.  I replied and said send it up to the next
level if they don't have an explanation.  I'm going to have to go
through my whole music library and see how much has been removed now. 
If it is substantial I will likely cancel my subscription.  The
unlimited plan which I have is supposed to allow access to ALL the
Rhapsody catalog and clearly that is not the case now.
