Do you mean WRT610N? A couple other people have mentioned issues connecting / staying connected to this router with Duet, see here:

I've tried a number of things with several Duet's and the WRT610N works very well for me. I would suggest factory resetting both your Controller and your Receiver. To reset the Controller simply browse to settings - advanced - factory reset. To reset the Receiver hold the front button for about 6 seconds until it blinks red quickly.
