The worst part of this -- aside from the fact that my f'ing Rhapsody is down...again -- is that it makes Squeezebox look bad. Those of us who are plugged into this forum know where the blame belongs, but your average Jo is going to say "this Squeezebox thing I bought is flaky."
Guess I'll take a deep breath and go try to deal with Rhapsody support again.
