The exact same situation I encountered. With the exact same series of
denials and "fixes" which didn't work. After posting a complaint on the
rhapsody discussion board, I was finally hit with a response that went
something like this, "aware of the problem and trying to fix. I have a
squeeze box too that does the same thing". This is from a staff member
named Jansai or something. I thought that was funny. He had a
squeezebox too. But didn't offer any explaination until I posted an
abrasive response for not hearing from anybody. It's been working since
sunday with excellant results btw. Lightening fast scrolling, which use
to cause freezes.
