Well folks, I think I'm getting closer to some answers. I've now solved the AM 1710 issue ..... My mistake. I neglected to remove the old AM 1710 from my #1 preset on the radio. I still can't figure out how SqueezeNetwork deleted my new URL for that station and put back in the RadioTime URL for AM 1710. My new non-RadioTime URL for AM 1710 is now firmly in place, including preset #1, and it's working.
Looking at my radio station favorites, I'm beginning to suspect that the source of this problem today is the RadioTime pipeline. With AM 1710 as my test case, I was able to resolve the "timed out" for that station by using a non-RadioTIme URL source.
