I'm sorry you are having trouble with SN as it appears many others are
experiencing.

But, honestly, you have no clue just how dedicated SD employees are to
their products as well as their customers.  There is a problem, it will
be fixed, I assure you.

You seem to be getting quite upset for lack of support on a Sunday
within a user forum.  This is not the official SD support yet an SD
employee is HERE on a Sunday trying to help you and the others with
this problem.  It could well be an outside 3rd party provider like
RadioTime having an issue, completely out of SD control.

Again, I know it is frustrating when something does not function as it
should, especially a new and unfamiliar product.  But just chill and it
will be resolved.   :)

In time you will realize the dedication of the SD people and just how
amazing these devices really are.

Note:  I have NO affiliation with SD/Logitech.  Just a very satisfied
customer.   :)
