I had this problem a couple of days ago. All I could see under Internet Radio was the BBC plugins. It stumped me until I realized that I had changed my squeezenetwork password (on the web page) to something more memorable but had not also changed it in the squeezecenter settings. When I had the same password in both and restarted squeezecenter, all the values reappeared.
