I have been having the same problem, as noted in a post above. Resolved. Here is the post I made in another thread:
I spoke with Tech Support today, and Martin Holden was very helpful. It seems that at some point, presumably during an upgrade to a new version of SC, certain settings did not get properly made. Even re-installing 7.3.2 did not solve the problem. Uninstalling SC altogether, and then doing a new clean install led to entering of SN login details, and a final confirmation of completion. This solved the problem and all is well. I can now see the Internet Radio option in the main controller menu. Kudos to Martin!
