I have a duet. At the moment, I am unable to get the controller connected to my router, I have to go through the receiver. On top of that I now can't connect to the squeezenetwork. These problems have been going on for a good while now and it's starting to get on my nerves. I have tried factory resetting everything, countless times in fact. You ring up support and they tell you to do the same thing. This is not a problem with my network. Everything else connects fine. I have it working for awhile and then it just stops. I'm not posting on here expecting anyone to really help me, to be honest I've kinda given up with the thing but it would be nice to hear if anyone else is getting as pissed off with this product as me. For about the first 4 months I owned it, it worked great and then a firmware update or something, and it's been a nightmare since.
