How do you know its not your network? If you visit a doctor and he says, "You have cancer" arguing with him and insisting it is not so does not make you right. Rejecting a diagnosis outright is foolish: the support people know far more about their products than you do. Odds are they have seen and fixed more bizarre network failures than you.
