How do you know its not your network?

If you visit a doctor and he says, "You have cancer" arguing with him
and insisting it is not so does not make you right.

Rejecting a diagnosis outright is foolish: the support people know far
more about their products than you do.  Odds are they have seen and
fixed more bizarre network failures than you.  

"You have a network problem" is not fatal... there are ways to fix it..
but if you refuse to accept help (hey, just like you refuse it in this
post!) then I hope you enjoy tossing money out the window just to prove
you are "Right" and you don't have a network problem.
