Thanks for the idea frankef, but it was NOT the answer. I did solve it
though. I am from Canada, and when creating an account I put in Canada
as my location. I just changed it to United States, and bingo, I can now
see the remaining three tabs you mentioned. When changing my location to
US from CAN, it does warn me that "based on my location" I may NOT be
able to access all services.
This is once again the BS CRTC (Can Radio & Telecommunication
Commission) throwing their sensorship rules around. I HATE the CRTC. I
am now having a problem trying to access and set up a Napster.com login
account. It automatically redirects me to Napster.ca that advertises
"over 2.5 million songs" vs the US sites "over 7 million songs". When I
purchased the SB Boom I received a free $60 Napster card good for one
year of streaming and 60 downloads. Well, I can't redeem it on the CAN
site, so I need to figure out how to create a US login and access the US
site from Canada. This brings up a good question. If I travel with the
SB Boom OUTSIDE the US, I suppose I wouldn't be able to access all the
content/services I can within the US.
I Hate sensorship. What about free trade. We (Canadians) get screwed
even worse on the TV/Video side. I wanted to buy a VUDU device last week
on Holiday. Guess what. Can't access VUDU outside the US either. The
WEB should NOT have any border restrictions!!!

Sorry for the rant.
