Hi there, I've been using my boom for over six months now without any
problems until last week. 

We changed broadband provider, so I took the opportunity to redo the
security settings. 
All was good but the boom couldn't locate the network. 
Unfortunately I thought it was the squeezenetwork, but it was the
wireless it couldn't find. 
in anycase, I deleted the boom from the squeezenetwork and tried to
register it again, it won't register. it tells me to contact tech
support. 
I then realised it was the actual wireless network it couldn't find, so
I restored the factory settings and now everything is good again.

Except, i can't register it with the squeezenetwork as it's "already
registered".
I emailed tech support 6 days ago and have yet to receive an answer. 
in the mean time we've no radio :-(
probably gonna have to watch tv or something.
Anyone know if tech support is always this slow?
it said on the mail I'd hear back within 24 hours.
