I concur. I paid $$ for the Duet, and I paid $$ to use MP3tunes, which means no reliance on the PC to play my music and internet radio because SN was fully accessible. I have spent time with factory resets, reboots, power cycles, etc. to no avail. Time to call Logitech support tonight.
