Called Logitech support.  Waited on hold for 30 minutes.  Tech support
was friendly and courteous.  He guided me through a factory reset of the
SBR and SBC.  After that I had to enter my email and password for
MSB.com and soon thereafter sweet Susanna Hoffs was blasting through the
stereo.  When I originally went through the upgrade I was never given
the option to enter email/password so that must have been my problem all
along.
