I'd guess your player is having trouble staying connected to the internet or to MySB.com somehow, or it is attempting to re-connect to your local SC/SBS when it reboots. When you power it back on you may need to go to it's Settings and select "connect to MySB (or SN)".
Why are you turning the player off? Done with it for the day or rebooting to resolve an issue?
