For me it was mainly SHOUTcast stuff, like http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=353 (181.FM Classic Hits) but I'm fairly sure it also affects other stations, such as http://www.sky.fm/mp3/classicrock.pls (Sky FM Classic Rock) Add the stations to the current playlist and start playing. Before the upgrade the only problem was that the the station name was often replaced by the title of the song that was playing the last time you listened to that station which is of little or no help, now it may also contain the URL or be completely blank. Haven't got access to my SB3 right now so I can't confirm the current status of this.
