I'm really sorry, I actually spent time chasing the fix down in my voluminous home e-mail and cut and pasted it here but for some reason it didn't take. I assumed it was up so I never checked back until now.....only to find your kindly worded reminder. The fix, as explained to me by the tech, was just a change in my proxy settings. I checked them (once again when I was trying to put the message up) and it seems I have no proxy settings...at least none that I can see on the online "mysqueezebox.com" page for my player.
