I'll throw my hat in the ring. As of a factory reset last night my
controller is unable to access mysqueezebox.com

To be honest it was an issue before that, but I was helped by a kind
soul on another board who mentioned the 089.202.121.131 workaround. At
this point I hesitate to go down that path as I find it bordering on
offensive that members are forced to diagnose and assist one another to
the extent that seems to be the norm with these devices.

If you're going to update firmware, test it properly.
Before you roll it out make sure you have a path to resolution should
something go wrong.
If something goes wrong be ready to communicate with your community
immediately and on an ongoing basis.

I read numerous pages on this thread and did not see a single post by a
Logitech employee. The fact that an issue occurred on a holiday is no
excuse to leave an entire community of users without service.

I refuse to recommend these devices to friends, family or coworkers not
because of how they perform when working, but because of the miserable
service provided by Logitech and what I can only assume to be
incompetent Product Management and Development teams responsible for the
recent updates.

I trust you will do the right thing and at minimum respond to the poor
souls on this thread, and fix the products you have a responsibility to
maintain. The recent updates have been an embarrassment.
