The point surely is that no one should need to contact support at all. There should be monitoring in place to spot when a large chunk of Europe suddenly stops accessing the mysb server(s), for whatever reason.
I thankfully don't use mysb very often, but for another data point, mysb.com is down for me, accessing it from the UK. Attempting to switch a SB to it results in timeouts and error messages. It appears to be load related in some, if I leave it trying to load the webpage it will in the end manage to load the HTML for the page and some of the images. -- andynormancx Yes, it will. Yes, all of them. Yes, SoftSqueeze as well. What ? I SAID ALL OF THEM ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ andynormancx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17417 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=72172 _______________________________________________ squeezenetwork mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezenetwork
