The point surely is that no one should need to contact support at all.
There should be monitoring in place to spot when a large chunk of Europe
suddenly stops accessing the mysb server(s), for whatever reason.

I thankfully don't use mysb very often, but for another data point,
mysb.com is down for me, accessing it from the UK. Attempting to switch
a SB to it results in timeouts and error messages.

It appears to be load related in some, if I leave it trying to load the
webpage it will in the end manage to load the HTML for the page and some
of the images.
